WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came in for a nail fill and new gel color on toes and nails. I NEVER said anything about DIP nails whatsoever. She apparently used a DIP removal method on my nails while she did my pedi. When it came time to do my nails, she took the foil off my fingers and basically said, "oh no". She then started to get ANGRY AT ME like I did something wrong!!! I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT DIP NAILS, EVER. My nails all DISSINEGRATED AS I TOUCHED THEM AND I STARTED TO CRY. THEN, BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET THEY TRIED TO ASK ME TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME... NO, I'M NEVER COMING BACK HERE. When she started to "fix her mistake" she started being INCREDIBLY RUDE LIKE I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG. I don't get very many special things in my life and this was far from special. Any time I mentioned the lumpy, misshaped nails she was putting on my hands, she acted like I was the one in the wrong. Based on the photos, I'm sure you can tell she put ZERO effort into matching nail shapes or making sure the customer was happy. Also didn't sand down under the nail tips. THEY DID NOTHING TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY AND MADE THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL FOR WANTING A DECENT JOB DONE. They also charged $40 FOR A FILL???? WHAT??? Did NOTHING to fix THEIR MISTAKE AND STILL CHARGED ME AN ARM AND A LEG FOR A HORRIBLE JOB. THEN, MADE ME SIT AND WAIT AT THE COUNTER FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING I HATED. HORRIBLE QUALITY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

The 3 stars is off the strength of Henry my technician..But the review is bout the Owner Han. The first couple times i came here she was friendly and nice but this time she was acting as if I did something to her personally she stared at me like she had a issue wit me and told me I was 15 mins early to my appointment which I knew and to have a seat but proceeded to be friendly with the white women she was servicing and offered them eggrolls...she was friendly to everyone but me which made it seem like I shouldn't be going there which sucks cause I enjoy Henry but for the owner to treat paying customer like that when I didnt do anything is very sad and that's how u ruin buisness for other folks in your shop cause now which im sure dont matter Henry lost me as a client cause of how Han treated and acted towards me smh I didnt do anything and the looks and stares from her was like I wasnt suppose to be there and yet she was nice and friendly with everyone else smh I dont get it but the 3 stars is for Henry not the buisness as a whole clearly she had a issue wit me and could've spoke on it but the looks made me feel as if my money wasnt wanted there and that's BAD ENVIRONMENT TO CREATE FOR SOMEONE THATS PAYING FOR SERVICES IN YOUR PLACE OF BUISNESS!!! thank you to Henry for my beautiful nails!!

I do not recommend going to this nail shop one they only have protected glasses in front not in between customers do the covid-19. I came in there on a Friday and I asked for glow in the dark nail polish the nails did not glow in the dark I literally waited 72 hours I put them under light and when I came back into the store to show her the lady at the front desk pulled me into the back bathroom where my nails still were barely glowing like you could barely see the glow in the dark she refused to give me my money back because she said she could kind of see the lights but it was very dull. From my understanding with chemicals sit for awhile the glow-in-the-dark light does not work as well which means they're using old and stale chemicals in their establishment. As you can see below.... my nails in the light and then I turned the light off and they are NOT glowing at all. Following up....look at her response to my review tells how unprofessional she was about my service. Also I didn't complain about the service I complained about how you know my nails DID NOT light up due to you stale products and you refused to return my $10. Money is Money....if I pay for something I expect to get that I pay for.

If you walk in here and end up with a man, RUN. Had gels removed and he almost took off my actual nail. He was careless, and dirty. While touching my feet he put his hand in the sugar scrub bottle repatedly (instead of using a spoon to scoop it out) and he had a bunch of nail residue on his sweater, it was digusting. Not to mention that he didn't even fully remove my nail polish and painted over it. There was a huge smudge he was going to just leave and when I pointed it out he used oil or something to smudge it with his finger. At that point I cancelled my mani.

Thi VU was the only one who was willing to admit the man is horrible-- she repeatedly apologized and my mom really enjoyed her pedi with her. I was surpsied when we were charged the same price for each pedi (since my mom had a completely different/extensive service compared to me I assumed she upgraded). The manager (Han Ly) then came up and was not sympathetic at all and offered an insulting 5 dollars off claiming he "forgot" to add parts of the service. What was more problematic was her totally ignoring the fact that the electric nail file hit my real nail . Frankly, I was shocked at her tone/response. There is no way she doesn't know how bad that man is at doing nails. Afterall, they all heard me scream when he was removing my gels (and he screamed back!)

Generally the place was really dirty and outdated. Aside from Thi Vu, who seems really sweet, it was really unpleasant experience. I have multiple other compliants, but I'll stop here. Go elsewhere and avoid the man. Very confused how this place is still in business

Editing to respond to owner: you still charged me full for gel removal, despite clearly noticing there was polish still there. That is why I am warning customers not to go to you. I had a horrible experience, and I felt the 5 dollars off was insulting. It wasn't about the money, it was about the total lack of respect for your customers and making me feel like I was in the wrong when that man 1) did a poor job 2) cut things out of my service 3) literally injured me due to his carelessness and 4) was dirty. I was visibly uncomfortable the whole time.

I was not offered a different nail tech, but instead told if I came back I would not get the man anymore. To be clear, I will not be coming back. My mom and I are looking for a salon to go to every 3 weeks by her house-- you lost what would have been two reliable customers.

Also, you may have glanced at my toes and determined they look "fine" but allow me to clarify-- my toes have paint on my skin, are not painted on the tops of the nail, are smudged, and he also chose a completely different color than I selected. I feel like an 8 year old painted my toes. I didn't expect perfection, and understand people make mistakes, but this man made too many, and your manager's attitude reinforced that this nail salon has serious problems. You knew he was awful. Thi Vu was the only one who made me feel like I wasn't crazy. We would come back for Thi Vu, but we won't be coming back due to Han Ly's response. Very...

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!

I had been coming here for 4 years (3 times each year) and getting gel French pedicure only. Never had an issue until today. The lady that was working on my toes could not do a French at all, she tried two times and it was uneven and terrible. So an older lady stopped what she was doing and then came over to try and do the same thing, she had to refill everything because even my toes were uneven, she was showing the gal how to hold the file and how to file nails. One nail was perfect the rest were uneven and sloppy. She told me she couldn’t do it because my toes were too small and ā€œbumpy.ā€ AGAIN, I NEVER had an issue with having a French gel done on my toes UNTIL today. Then I was charged for a gel color which I ended up doing CLEAR because the two people could not do a French polish. Terrible, disappointing, I don’t do much at all for myself! But I try to take the time to do my toes. And the way that they treated me because they are hungry for money is terrible!! With the reviews that are coming in, sadly this place is going to lose a lot of business. I don’t get a discount off of anything, and it is my fault because of have ā€œsmall,ā€ ā€œbumpyā€ toes, or maybe they have no idea what they are doing?? As I stated before I have been coming here for 4 years NEVER had an issue with a French gel polish. So, tonight I am leaving with clear gel polish, and wasted money, because they could not do a French and they blamed me because my nails are too ā€œsmallā€ and ā€œbumpyā€ That doesn’t seem right. Maybe it’s the workers?? Take accountability.

Responding to owner. It does not cost 40.00 + 50.00 for the gel pedicure. Again coming there more then one time and I’ve never paid 95.00 for my pedicure I’ve paid 55.00 she discounted me 5.00. The Second Lady stopped with the manicure yes, but if she had been doing nails for 20 years. That isn’t to be proud of her French was uneven and just as sloppy as the First Lady. She then told me my nails were ā€œbumpyā€ and that is why she couldn’t go a French pedicure. It is not the point of a free service, it is having the knowledge and skill and after ā€œ20ā€ years she should be able to do French with her eyes closed! You advertise that you are wanting to be so helpful to accommodate but you are not and you don’t. In the 4 years I’ve come 3 times a year. And each time I’ve had the same gal or the quiet gentleman. All your response should have been to my review was something other than a lie, there is NO WAY she has been doing nails 20 years that’s terrible, because she could not do a French she blames me, terrible, just to make your business look good? With the reviews that I’ve read you do not care at all, and you miss what is being said You speak lies just...

I had THE WORST experience here. I’ve never worked with a nail technician who was so rude, inappropriate, and flat out unethical. I would never recommend this salon location, and I definitely will not be back.

First while getting a pedicure one technician loudly screamed to the whole shop how she couldn’t do my feet because of blood. It was we not blood. It was red nail polish SHE had not completely removed.

Then when getting my hands done- I requested regular acrylic. The technician refused and used a more expensive powder as she also insisted her selection was better. The technician literally refused to apply the nail color I requested. She continued to insist hers was a better selection.

After going back and forth of me repeating what I wanted and the technician flat out ignoring me, she called over her coworkers and began to berate me. It was as if she was hoping to intimidate me into stop saying what I wanted and letting her apply whatever SHE wanted. At one point she told me how upset she was to be doing my nails because it was taking too long and she couldn’t believe I would take this much of her time.

By the end of the service - my bill was near $150 while the services I requested were close to $60. This was from all the upgrades the technician applied that I flat out told her NOT to apply. To be noted - during the time I was there, I watched 3 different clients come back or call back to also report they got services they didn’t request and wanted refunds. It seems this unethical behavior is a trend at this salon.

At the end, I said ā€œI’m very disappointed with this time here. You have been extremely rude to me.ā€ This would be a great time for the tech to have apologized. Instead she responded ā€œI’m not rude. You just don’t know how to pick good things for your hands.ā€

I will never be going back to this salon. I do NOT recommend it for anyone else. They have very terrible customer service and unethical...
