I recently bought my first car from New Brighton Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Sales Manager Landon is an absolute star. Without his help, I wouldn’t have made such a fast and smooth decision to find my dream car and close the deal in just three days. When I was shopping online through Chase partner dealer shops, I reached out to several stores, but Landon was the one who responded the fastest. He sent me a text message and a video of the car I was interested in on the same day. When I arrived at the store, everyone was super friendly. Landon took me for a 30-minute test drive and explained all the great features of the car in detail. It was like having my own personal car guru! I was hesitating between two cars, but Luke from the finance department came to the rescue. He gave me a deep dive into the financing process, explaining how APR is calculated and how Ford’s financing subsidiary can support buyers. Thanks to his thorough explanation, I decided to finance my car loan with Ford instead of Chase. With his detailed insights and Landon’s comprehensive comparison of the car features, I made my decision pretty quickly—literally the same day. On the big day of closing the deal, Landon went above and beyond. He deep-cleaned the car I ordered and even picked me up from my home to take me to the store. I was thrilled to see the car looking so shiny and beautiful inside and out when he arrived. I spent six hours at the store going through the financing process, warranty, test drive, and car features. Luke stayed until 8:00 PM, patiently and professionally going through all the documentation to ensure I understood everything I was signing. His knowledge and wisdom will definitely benefit me in the long run. A big thank you to Tom, who helped with the insurance to make sure both I and my car are well-protected. This store was the farthest one I reached out to when I started my car shopping, but I would definitely go back as much as possible to do business with such an amazing group of people. I’ll be returning for maintenance and any future needs. Apologies again to Luke and Landon for staying up so late every time I visited, especially since Landon is expecting his baby daughter to be born in the next few days. Big congratulations to him too! And hey, if you ever need a car buying experience that feels like a fun adventure with friends, New Brighton Ford is the place to go!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the most disorganized business I’ve ever dealt with. My CarPlay stopped working on my 2020 Ford Ecosport, and Ford required me to drop it off at 7 a.m. without a loaner vehicle since I'm under 25. After months of scheduling issues, I finally arrived for my appointment—only to be told they might not even get to it that day due to part delays. They still tried to charge $290 just for diagnosing the issue. When I canceled, they claimed they’d already started work and blamed a new error message that appeared on my dashboard on me. The manager dismissed my concerns, only to backtrack later, offering to remove the error for free but leaving CarPlay unfixed. If you’re thinking of going to New Brighton Ford, steer clear; they’re too backed up and unprofessional to assist. My response to the owner: Rental age is the smallest of the problems related to my service, so I find it funny that you highlighted that part in your response. There was nothing "proved" to me about warning lights related to low voltage. And again, there were no other issues until I brought my car in for service. For you to claim that there have been warning lights on in my vehicle for MONTHS without my knowledge is asinine. Why wouldn't I have said "oh hey can you please fix that also while you're working on it?". Do not let this manager fool you with his poor response. There were no additional warning lights because this poorly-managed staff clearly messed with something they shouldn't have, and now the manager is doing damage control to cover up their mistakes. Read through some of the other most recent reviews and see how many 1-star reviews were left over the past 6 months. I don't think I'm the issue. Poor management breeds poor service. Proof is in the pudding! Have a great day.

A group of hungry people are just lying, starting from their manager down to the youngest worker. They will prove to you that a car dealer can be anything, an astronaut or a president, but it is impossible to be a gentleman. If you've read my comment go away and find a reliable place, if you have no choice don't believe a word they say and bring inspector with you to check the car, even if it's brand new Paul will lick your shoes until the scam is done, and the Finance office will do that too for let you sign the extended warranty Beware, it is absolutely worthless and do not believe if they tell you about the 3 days exchange yellow paper Please read the last line, as it does not work with anyone. It is just to scam you to sign the papers. It is a fraud under the eyes of the government.

I regret buying a Ford in general. I own a 2014 Ford Focus and the clutch went bad after purchasing from a used car lot called “Long’s Auto”. Along with purchasing the car, I had an drivetrain warranty. After a few months, my reverse stopped working temporarily so I took it in to see what was going on. There were several recalls so they advised me to focus on those. After getting the TCM and deformed gas tank replaced, the car ran well for a while but the problem started again. This time, the car wouldn’t switch out of neutral. I’ve scheduled appointments there several times but most of them, I was unable to make it because of the car problems. Note that when you express that you’ve had concerns for a while, they ignore all of the times you’ve reached out. You literally have to go from person to person to prove that you’ve been unhappy because each of them act as if they have no idea what’s going on with the next at all. In 2020 when Coronavirus came into play, it was extremely hard to make any appointments because of how long you had to wait. Mind you, I’m still depending on the car to commute the whole time. The service manager accused me of lying but little does he know, I have years worth the video/photo evidence that I’ve had this same problem for years. He took lite of my situation and was even smiling / laughing while saying these things. He said I waited too long in between appointments to seem like I’m telling the truth but even with that, I’ve had to buy other cars to make it through these phases so stressing about the car everyday wasn’t on my agenda.. The funny part is that I’ve even spoken with people on the sales floor and they tried to have me trade it in at some price from $1000-$1500 due to the “transmission malfunctions”. I don’t remember his name but he is of a Hispanic descent and he has something going on with his hand (he could validate my story). I even went a long time believing that the TCM might’ve went bad but in my last visit maybe a week ago, a man named Orlando told me that it’s usually the clutch. Mind you, they told me to bring it in last year on Valentine’s Day to have a diagnostic but said if it wasn’t the TCM, I’d owe them $375 and even then, the car wouldn’t function properly for long enough to make it there. On top of that, I hadn’t been informed that they could’ve been picking up my vehicle for recall appointments. Personally, I feel like that alone is bad business because they know the clutches go bad fast but left me in the dark in an attempt to get me to waste money instead of being transparent. You can tell that they’re trained to minimize helping people due to not wanting to make Ford lose money. Even when I asked the service manager why was there never a code to inform me that the clutch was bad if they already did a transmission diagnostic to replace the TCM and he diverted it to the amount of time that went by. Also, he told me that the clutch has nothing to do with the reverse going out but the research I’ve done completely says otherwise. The lady that does the scheduling (Calenthia or something like that) called me after hearing a voicemail I left and flat out told me that she didn’t even listen to it because she felt like I was complaining too much then tried to tell me she wasn’t going to help me at all until I brought up knowing about the lemon law along with legal action. Mid sentence all of a sudden, she was open to helping and scheduling like she’s paid to do. After checking to see what was wrong, they told me it was the clutch. I’d recommend never talking to them on the phone because they’ll act like your vocal concerns never existed. Get everything that they tell you in writing if you do talk to them. I don’t see how a person could call with concerns and them not feeling like taking any notes makes sense. If you have a Ford that wasn’t built well and has a lot of recalls, just take the matter to the attorney general and sue on behalf of the lemon law because they’re going to play games with you. Maybe it’s just this location but I’ll never buy...

On 2-13-25 on vacation..I went at my appointment time 130pm. Didn't leave until after 330pm. I went in for oil change and A guy requested tires rotation so I did..Went in with no problem with my vechicle..now my vechicle not functioningas it should..when at stop light it idle down and was off brake it idle back up..but now it doesn't. Plus have a line across the A symbol and I call ford several times from that day .All I was told it may be my battery. I replied I haven't had no sign or indication concerning my BATTERY. I was told MAYBEthe voltage inside - if it weak it will cause features not to operate.., I replied again I had no problem with my truck functioning poorly before I came up here. . Plus my tire pressure on right was reading 1% pressure.. The guy said at the desk. You have to drive it and once the speed reach over 40mph the sensor will reset..I replied no that not true please get the person that rotated my tires with a device and he should know what to do and know what I am speaking of..so he did. That when he came out press the emergency symbol several time on my dash and with the device he circle the vechicle and pointed at the tires and they reset and a horn sounded within seconds my tires updated to 35psi. But my AUTO- start- stop indication is also Grey when it was green and working. correctly. Now it not working The indication is shown with a strikethrough if the system is not available that what pop up. so what happened?? A SYMBOL IT INDICATION- IT illuminates when the engine has automaticallystopped. and repaired or redo what needed. Also if the instrument cluster is equippedwith a Grey Auto- start- stop indicator engine stop is not available. Ok I understand if it's the battery - then i go purchase one if ! -is not within optimal operating conditions..my point is came in with everything great..I expect to leave with the same . This so stressful. Communicate please! I seeking help and receive none so far..manager say drop my vechicle off. I. work Monday- Friday and they closed weekend my anxiety level high. I need to get to work. I was told open Monday - Friday , no weekend. , tires rotation and repaired on one tire 66.dollar and some changes stating that tires had a leak slow (sip) with rust around the tire rim , comes out my Auto - start- stop unavailable now. So a customer can relax and continue trust the company you do what needed to make sure everything still function i would think. My God..so very stressful . HOPEFULLY THIS GET RESOLVED . WITHOUT any other issues. Also if a battery is needed and solved the issue then okay..but also my dash camera was off...why?.I...

I brought my car in there on my day off just for recall fixes. Recalls cost nothing to fix. I was talked into a 94 $ oil change. They messed up the sync 3 update. Somehow a cross traffic Module went bad. It was covered by my extended warranty. But charged me 150$ out of pocket for a diagnostics for something they messed up on. When. Then charged me for an air bag fault which cost me another 268$ diagnostics..Then fixed that. Then while driving the car. A reverse brake assist popped up on my dash. Brought it back to the dealer. They wanted to charge me another 250 $ diagnostic bill. Then they so called found the issue which was the mechanics fault for not installing the rear view camera bracket properly. Which was part of the recall. Then all was fixed. Which i thought. Then while they was bring my car back to me. The driver says my engine light came on. Which is true because it popped up on my ford pass app on my phone. The driver called me and said he's going to take it back to the dealer. The dealership called me an hour later and says the Diagnostic error codes having to do with cam shaft misaligned or something to that nature. I asked him. How did that happen? He says , oh. Things just happen. Then he suggested i pay another 250 $ diagnostics fee. That's when I had enough. And said no. I will go somewhere else. Now mind you, before I went to them the first time, just for a recall fix. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car at all. Just to get the recall fix done. Everytime they returned my car to me. There was a new problem. At first when he said my cross traffic module went bad. I almost believed him. Then all the other issues started going wrong while at their dealership. Then I started getting feeling like they were sabotaging my car so they can charge me those outlandish diagnostics fees since I had the extended warranty. After all .they have to get that commission. So as of today my car is still having issues which I think was caused by the first visit which they supposedly changed my oil . But I think they put the wrong oil in my car and that's why it's stalling when it gets hot. Which I read up on and the cades I get are consistent with the way my car is acting. But they don't want to take responsibility for making the mistake. I am going to take a oil sample from my car oil intake and send it to get analyzed. That will tell me what kind of oil was put in my car. They check for the proper Viscosity. Ect... So no. I will not recommend anyone to New Brighton Ford....
