Nestled away in a corner of Silver lake road, the Bru House will give you all the feels of sitting in an afternoon café as you sip an Italian soda or dive into a delicious mug of hot cocoa on a rainy day. It has the smoothest, velvety coffee in many seasonal flavors, along with a huge variety of specialty drinks and freshly-squeezed lemonade. They brew one of the best qualities of coffee I've ever had, no jitters like Starbucks or bitter aftertaste like others. You don't need to drink a lot of it to get your caffeine fix for the day, and it's not supercharged with caffeine- it doesn't need to be, the high-quality nature of the coffee does that naturally.

They serve delicious soups and house-made sandwiches, and have lots of breakfast and lunch items to choose from. Warm cookies, freshly-baked dessert bars and muffins, and house-made yogurt parfaits and snack boxes are also available for those on-the-go, in addition to what they keep adding to the menu. I’ve drove past this cute coffe shop often today was the day I decided to give it a try, I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches the lady at the drive was super sweet but also stated each sandwich comes with side of fruit. I recieved my order immediately turned off by the smell of the egg didn’t give up and went home to eat one sandwich was made incorrectly which is like ok what ever we paid for it but we can deal. but then we cut them 2 open to share and all of the eggs were green. definitely can tell where the smell came from so I called to confirm I can have a refund upon returning the items I was informed I could I came back to be questioned about the uncut sandwich she looked at me and said does this look green to you WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE HELL KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT! 3/9/24: I’m leaving another/updated review because I love the Bru House so much! They’re only 5 minutes from my house and the best coffee shop in the area! One of the best aspects is the drive thru which is rare for a local coffee shop. I recently stopped by on Friday morning to treat myself to breakfast and coffee and it was so good! I got a white mocha which was absolutely delicious and perfect in every way - not overly sweet and the espresso was perfect. I got a breakfast sandwich without meat and added all the veggies and it was scrumptious! I also got an apple cinnamon scone which was also delicious! It was fluffy and more cake-like than biscuity/crumbly. As always, the employees were very friendly!
