GameStop — Local services in New Britain

I have filled this form out 3 times and nobody has called me. On Saturday March 28, 2020 I heard about a one day only sale for the Sega Genesis Mini Console. I quickly went online and saw that the store by my house had one in stock. I purchased it - $42.53 was deducted from my card. About 20 minutes later I received a notice saying my order was cancelled. I replied to the email as th email suggested - received no response. So, I called the store. They explained that they didn't have any in stock as the site suggested, but my money will be returned within 2-3 days. It has not been returned. Meanwhile they explained that the a different location in New Britain had one in stock. I called that location - she said she would hold it for me, once I arrived, I followed social distancing procedures, knocked on the door, told her I was picking up the order. She then took my debit card, went in the store while I waited outside and then charged my card, case back out and gave me my order. Later that evening I checked my account and realized she charged the FULL amount rather than the sale price. So now I have been charged $42.53 for an order I haven't received along with another charge of $85.07.
