Royal Pizza House — Restaurant in New Britain

Terrible costumer service! We ordered half sausage half cheese because my boyfriend does not like pork but I do. They delivered a half sausage and half pepperoni pizza, which was wrong, I heard the order. We called to ask them if we can go pick up the right pizza and they were disrespectful, rude, and refused to acknowledge they made a mistake. I went over to the restaurant with the pizza because we were not trying to get free anything or take advantage of anyone, just wanted the half cheese, half sausage pizza. The owner continues to repeat that we ordered half pepperoni and half sausage when we clearly did not, he didn't even take the phone call. They refuse to fix their mistake and disrespected my partner and I. They finally gave me my money after I had I refuse to leave without my pizza or money. Do not come here!!! So many other restaurants who do not take advantage and disrespect costumers like they do! We ordered from there so many times and my boyfriend has been in new Britain his whole life, never experienced such poor service at a restaurant...

good pizza, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE tried their pizza once, we enjoyed it so we decided to order again. I didn’t have enough $$ on my card this time so I was gonna tip cash. got a call from them & they very rudely said they were not going to deliver my pizza because I did not put tip and I’m way too far (8 minutes) & that I need to pickup. shocked that they spoke so rudely I said “I can’t pickup but that’s fine, just cancel the order.” guy on the phone said “no . you do it” then said I need to pickup. I ordered delivery for the first time today as a new customer because my co-workers mentioned that their salads are good. I ordered grilled chicken salad with romaine lettuce only I don't like iceberg I said. After I received my salad (which was $14 dollars because I added red onions and hard boiled eggs) I called the owner/ manager and I explained that my salad was wrongly made, it's iceberg lettuce. He argued with me saying that, that would be impossible. It's romaine. I said, I know what romaine looks like and what iceberg looks like. You gave the wrong order. He kept arguing with me saying I was wrong. I said I need a new one made.
