I don't want to spread the word about these guys, because I want them all to myself! But the service is excellent, and people should know. The owner is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly, VERY patient. I am someone who is very hard on his machines ( so far, this year, I dropped my laptop once, and my external disc twice). Which reminds me, in the years I have been using IR, he has sold me two excellent, reliable computers. The best has been my current one, which, thanks to a little loving kindness from him, survived the above-mentioned drop and is none the worse for wear. In short, he chooses excellent hardware, knows Mac (and I assume PC) inside and out (literally!), and has excellent software skills. What I appreciate most is that when he sells you a machine, that is the beginning of the relationship, rather than the end. He has offered me constant and effective technical support over the years, thanks to an app he introduced me to called “Team Viewer.” Highly recommend doing business with I & R...

Amazing, high-quality and friendly service! Raf knows what he is doing and was quick to address the problem when my computer crashed recently. It is my primary business computer, so he understood my concerns and took them seriously. I was considering going to BestBuy at first, but I'm glad I came here instead because they likely would not have been able to figure out the problem. Not only did Raf figure out the problem, he made my computer better than before, upgrading it. We were waiting for a part to come in, and he even offered to come out and install it at home, which he just did! I've never had any issue reaching him and he was always willing to work with me on timings. I'm extremely happy with his performance and work - I highly recommend anyone to use him for whatever computer, network or security issues...

My wife had a Lenova Yoga that would show a black screen anytime it was rebooted and you would have to hard restart the computer every time you wanted to use the laptop. I brought the PC to I&R and the level of professionalism was outstanding. He was able to diagnose the computer and determine that a sensor was causing the issue in the laptop. He also replaced the battery for me that I purchased in advance for a very low cost which was very nice of him. The repair was fast and easy and the laptop still works to this day.
