Bait and switch - buyer beware. Receipts attached for proof. I came to the shop after seeing several billboards on the highway advertising 50% off first time customers when I came in I was told it was 30% off for first-time customers. I mentioned the billboards and they said that was only for deli flower, but I would get 50% off deli flower. When I went in, I saw a budtender that I believed was named Missy. She was a larger, African-American woman with short Hair who was wearing sunglasses because she apparently had a stye in each eye. This woman is the rudest budtender I have ever encountered. Our transaction started with her insulting the customer who left before us. She then Told me that they no longer offer the 50% discount and I would only get 30% off. I explained to her that they told me at the front desk I would get 50% off and she rudely said that she could ask her manager. The entire transaction went on with her being rude in one way or another and in the end she still tried to refuse me my discount trying to tell me that another deal was a better deal when in reality it was $120 more than the 50% off that was offered on the billboard on the highway. When the manager finally applied the discount I had to fight for, he pressed a single Button and 50% off billboard showed on the receipt so this was obviously not something that they do not do and did as a special allowance. I was also not given 30% off my gummies. I got 5% off with their promo which is far less than 30%. I was also charged for a preroll I was told would be free. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I absolutely will not be back here and I recommend that you don’t waste your time going here either. Your refrigerated storage on the floor that is supposed to keep rosin at optimal temperatures fails to do so. The tier 1 piatella from NC I had bought, the product was degraded in quality and the ice packs were defrosted despite the fact I had just had the items removed from the refrigerated unit 3 minutes prior (transaction time).
The manager with black and green hair approached my general manager and I, introduced herself. We came to support the business but she approached us as if she was superior to us. She interjected in the middle of me speaking, “we spent a lot of time on our store. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” to try to make us feel insignificant. As beautiful as your store is, we all know the atmosphere you provide and the sales you complete are what truly matters… not your $60 per sq ft of marble countertops. It is worrisome that there is no boveda or hydration packs in their 250+ strains on their deli.

The sale on website is showing after the 30% so beware of that. Other stores have deals plus you get the discount on top of the sale price. Also woman who was running the wheel and prize promotion was not very nice, she first did not want to give both my husband and I a raffle ticket because she made an assumption we both did not make a purchase but we had 2 receipts and she did not ask anyone else in line who did not have a bag, only differences is my husband was hispanic and everyone else was not......Very strange. Would prefer to go to other stores after having amazing experiences. Also there was a coupon they were secretly giving only to some people of 25% off..
