Let me start my review by saying that THIS is a SALON. My experience was nothing short of amazing from the time I entered to the time I left. The salon was clean, updated, and just as beautiful IRL as it is online. Customer service was on point as well. My appointment was for a Double Process, Trim, and Thermal Press with Tanya. Before she did anything, we consulted about my hair goals, how I had been caring for my hair, and what we could realistically achieve that day. The salon works as a real team and I felt like a client and not a burden (iykyk). Tanya captured exactly what I had in mind for my hair color and also gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy going forward. It’s day 3 and my press is STILL bouncing and behaving. Read moreI am always down for supporting a black women owned business so when I saw them on TikTok I booked ASAP. So, I booked an appointment to get my hair done I requested a braided ponytail. I would love to leave 5 stars as the stylist was such a beautiful person and she was so very helpful while supporting me as I was having a very rough morning, she was very nurturing and listened to me and comforted me and I thought she did a great job with my hair.. unfortunately the morning of day 2 after I removed my scarf I noticed my real hair was sticking out of the ponytail braid.. I tried to tuck it back in but through out the day the braid was continously getting undone my hairstyle did not last more than 4 days... I called to ask for a redo and rebooked as instructed, only for the appointment to be canceled last-minute with no follow-up. Then they called on the original appointment day asking if I was coming in—total miscommunication.
