Oh my gosh. Where do I start !? Cute store, immediately welcomed with open arms , almost felt like I was visiting family. My and my partner came for Kimbap and immediately they were on the counter, wrapped in tinfoil with a heart sticker. Really really delicious ! They had a big selection of items in closing chips, soups, drinks, and other fresh foods. The woman working was so nice when I was walking around and asked me I was and she was so sweet! I was really excited to find this shop while passing through New Haven. This shop has a lot of Korean groceries but the best part is the homemade kimchi and other dishes. When I stopped by the first time, I picked up kimbab at the register and was really good! I wish I grabbed more. I went back to grab the kimchi and other side dishes to try and the owner gave me the dukboki I was gonna buy for free since she made it yesterday.

I would definitely go back next time I’m ever in the area...

If you are in for some Kim Chi, this is the place to go for variety and freshness. Do not buy kimchi from the supermarkets, including Whole Foods, which are sour due to advanced fermentation.
