This is an amazing dental facility. I actually chose this dentistry because it was close to me and it ended up being one of the best decisions of my life to the point that this is my preferred dentistry of choice and will be for the forseeable future. I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time and had some dental issues that obviously needed to and still need to be treated and they welcomed me with opened arms. The location is great. 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes off US-90 depending on street traffic. Everyone there is lovely. From the receptionist, to the techs, to the doctors. The entire tean is wonderful, but specific shoutouts to Dr. Gabrielle, Natasha, Molly, Del, and Carolyn as they were the individuals who are consistently there for my treatment. They are awesome. Wait! That's nearly the entire team, so let me add Dr. Gizelle to that as well for opening up this facility and providing amazing dental care to Algiers residents and the New Orleans community as a whole and Dr. Benoit who I will eventually be seeing for orthodontic services. Anyway, let me keep going. They listen and pay attention to you when you speak, which creates trust very easily because it makes you realize that they are there to help and do what's best for you. They are very open about their pricing and even provide payment service recommendations and options to assist you in getting properly treated. I was honestly pretty nervous about going to the dentist, but they made it soooo easy. After a breaking my front tooth and having a forty five year old crown on the other front tooth Dr. Richard told me it was time for new crowns on both teeth. She told me that she would do two root canals and put on two temporary crowns which would then be replaced by the permanent crowns in a couple of weeks. I don’t know how she did it but she put the broken tooth back together so that we could get an impression for the permanent crowns and we picked a day for the root canals. Everyone I spoke to told me their “horror story” about roots canals. From one day of pain to about a week of discomfort I guess I heard about what the parameters of suffering would be for my procedure. Folks, I had no pain whatsoever. I had a luncheon meeting that I was quickly excused from which no one thought I would make. Boy were my friends surprised when I walked in pain free with beautiful teeth! Dr. Richard and Caroline were great. The way they wouldn’t stop measuring and refitting until everything was perfect was very impressive. Everyone I have ever encountered at this office has always done a great job. Timely, efficient, skillful and caring. I was really prepared for a tough experience but it was completely pain free! My only anxiety was when I mistook the gentle background music for Gino Vanelli when it was Peter Frampton. I’m telling you even their background music is perfect and relaxing. 5 stars is not enough for this amazing team! I went last fall for an emergency situation as I had chipped a tooth. Dr. Gabrielle and team took amazing care of me. Not only did they get me set up with an appointment quickly, they were extremely kind, thoughtful and did amazing work at my appointment to get me back to normal. I immediately switched to them for my regular dental care. I also worked with Dr. Benoit, who was fantastic. as I needed a new retainer. I have felt rushed in the past working with orthodontists and he spent a lot of time making sure I was all set up with a new retainer and comfortable with everything. If I ever need further orthodontist care, he will be my first call.

When I started my regular dental care, Dr Gabrielle and team did an initial appointment with me. I absolutely loved that they took the time to do this and felt like I wasn’t just another patient. They took the time to learn my dental history and were so thorough.

The rest of the staff is so kind and everyone makes you feel comfortable at a place a lot of people might find uncomfortable. Their facility is spacious, state of the art and so clean.
