Larson's Appliance Center — Local services in New Richmond

One year ago my 20+ refrigerator started to have problems. We live in New Richmond. We looked at the " big box" stores for replacement. Then we decided to check out our local appliance store. What a great experience. Bought a Whirlpool French door refrigerator. Woops. Had a problem with it. Called Larson's, they sent a repair man. I was in the last month of my warranty. Short story, they took care of the problem. Refrigerator working great. Jeff the tech who fixed the problem was great. Today I had delivered a new Kitchenaid stove. A whirlpool microwave and a whirlpool dishwasher. The men who delivered my new "kitchen" were efficient, careful of my home and very professional. I am so greatful to have a small business like Larson's to turn to if a problem should arise. Thank you Larsons. I recommend this small business. Oh and they didposed of my old appliances! Went to the store to replace our 20 yr frig that was leaking water from within. Jeff immediately asked for the info on the Whirlpool and without even looking at it, suspected the problem and suggested it was easy fix. He came out 2 days later and after about 30 minutes fixed the problem and also fixed our ice maker. He is very personable and defiantly knows his stuff when it comes to repairing appliances, you won't find that at big box stores! We will also be purchasing a new dishwasher from them for that very reason. Neighbors/friends of ours also had a positive experience with Larsons, they went above and beyond to help them out. Larson Appliance is awesome!! We have 7 appliances from Larson's. When our fridge started making this horrible noise, I called, discribed the noise and where it was coming from. Jeff ordered the part. Came to fix it right away. From the first time walking in the door, meeting the sales staff, ordering and delivery, to installation and now a repair, they have been outstanding!! We try to do as much business locally.
