Cannot ask for better service from Amanda Hickey and Chris Blackburn. Me and my husband showed up about 4:30pm to trade in my phone and my husband’s. Their presentation was professional and friendly. The process to trade in my phone was super smooth and quick. My husband was indecisive on what phone he wanted, but with Chris's help he decided on one. There was a small hiccup with the set up process for my husbands phone but Amanda fixed it promptly. I have a 15 year old and an impatient 2 year old. Amanda and Chris were amazing with my kids, making sure they didn’t get left out of the conversations. Cannot thank them enough for tolerating my 2 year old when he got upset about having to wait. They closed at 6 but we were there until 7:30 due to no fault of theirs, but they made sure we we’re comfortable and explained the whole process to us as we waited on the call center to fix the issue. Amanda apologized a thousand times and thanked us for our patience. They didn’t let us leave until we both had our new phones in our hands and were satisfied with our purchase. Me and my husband were contemplating changing providers due to inflation and just trying to find ways to save some money but Amanda and Chris’s professionalism, friendliness, and amazing customer service changed our minds completely. I want to tell anyone who is looking for cellphone service don’t waste your money or your time with US Cellular. If I could give them a lower score I would. I purchased two phones on a business line and couldn’t get service for 2 months. I had to go the store on numerous occasions called customer service, received 3 new phones and still no service.
