The hours posted on the door are 11am to 7 pm, and yet, when I got there at 630pm, the doors were locked, and the staff said this was normal so they could clean the store. They were also very rude about it.
They could do recovery either during store hours, which is normal practice in every retail establishment I have ever worked for, or if they need the store to be locked while they clean, they should do it after hours rather than closing early.
They certainly didn't close due to lack of customers, because during the brief time I was there, at least 4 other potential customers walked up to the doors, rattled them, and then left.
I understand they are likely having staffing issues. Aren't we all? But this does not excuse the rudeness of the staff or the closing of the doors before the posted closing time. If they need to close earlier, they should change their kitschy handmade sign to reflect their...

There was about 10 of us in line and it was not moving. Another customer went to ask if they could open another till. She asks 3 others and they say they pulled drawers.
