Nuvera TechTrends — Local services in New Ulm

When I retired from my banking career I bought a computer, printer and all the necessities, Tech Trends was great. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is when I stop to buy supplies. I stopped in a few days ago to but a black ink cartridge for my Epson printer. I told the lady who checked me out that I prefer to buy from Tech Trends rather than the bug box store in New Ulm as it is quick to get into Tech Trends and out on my way. This was not to be as it took several minutes, perhaps five minutes while she comepletedthe transaction on the computer. Brought my computer in to have it fixed. Power port was not working correctly and I didn't feel like looking in to it myself. The tech team had it diagnosed and fixed within one day! The price was reasonable, especially given I didn't have to do any more than bring it to them...
