GSM, Inc. — Local services in New Ulm

I needed a new main drain going out of my house. I called GSM and they got out within a week. Sheduling to finish inside I needed to call to get back on the schedule. Outside has still not been finished. Outside cleanout was not capped for 3 months (one of the other times I called) and while it also triggered a visit by both a GSM person and a landscaper, being told he would return in a week, 3 weeks later no one has been here to finish. I started my adventure in March and write this in July with my side yard a sunken mud pit. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would have.

Update: Wednesday 7-8-20. I called on Monday (2 days ago) and had to leave a message. Eric called back and told me Mike the landsaper would be out first thing Wedenesday morning. My husband and I got all our appliances from them, and they also installed them. From beginning to end, it was a disaster. They charged our credit card twice, dropped our oven on our laminate wood floors and dented them, installed our stove top wrong. Now, every time we turn on our oven or open the oven door, the timer starts and will not shut off, and we need a new dishwasher because an ERROR wiring code pops up after starting it. We spent good money there and should not have had as many problems as we did.

THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER USE GSM. I reviewed my experience with this company, and the owner reported me to google. I have proof in email, that I was charged twice. I have proof on my floors, that they dented them, and anyone from GSM can come to see my malfunctioning appliances after...

I haven't purchased a new appliance in25 years. So needless to say they have changed alot. The team at GSM APPLIANCE were super.. Dan took time to walk us through their showroom and guide us to the perfect Refrigerator for our needs. Even found a great deal on matching stove. STEVE AND WAYDE delivered and set up. They were AWESOME. Very efficient and most respectful of our home. Removed and replaced doors on the fridge and our house to get my new fridge in. Took the time to explain the many new controls Bells and whistles that we weren't familiar with. Can't thank them enough. Great job...
