Was quoted one price on the phone for three pieces, explained I could pay cash or credit once the service was completed. Was told AFTER the service by the technician about a “4% CC charge” and additional pricing for one piece of furniture that was originally Included in my quote on the phone and was not mentioned by the technician that it was going to be extra. Tried calling to speak to someone who could help and got absolutely no where, firstly apologized for not mentioning the 4% CC charge, but then explained it was our fault for not mentioning it at the time of the charge. After a long hold was then told about the additional charge for the one piece of furniture, I explained that I was told over the phone it was included in my quote - she said I must have misunderstood. Meanwhile, my receipt doesn’t even have the “additional piece” on it, but yet I was charged. Then proceeded to backtrack and tell me I wasn’t charged the 4% charge (even though the technician said we were and she confirmed we were at the beginning of the conversation) I asked to speak to another supervisor and was told “if you’re looking for a refund, we don’t do that”. End result we were charged an additional $50 more then what we were quoted - nothing more then “you misunderstood, we’re sorry”

My 2 room carpets smell and look wonderful ever since this service. The customer service was very satisfying , so easy and fast to make an appointment. And they explain everything so clearly. The technician definitely helped as well. Gave me recommendations for my carpet which I am very thankful for. He suggested shampooing and removed my stains completely. I was amazed. And they use organic products which is certainly a good quality for my dog. Definitely a company I will be calling more often to clean...

I just bought a new area rug and my dog peed on it. So I wanted to get it cleaned. I called up this company and they were more than willing to help me out. The girl on the phone was really polite and took my information to book the appointment ASAP. The technician came on time.
