This was the absolute best night “in” with my girls!! Lauren is an amazing instructor that incorporates fun, laughter, and good times into her pasta instruction. She is hands on and makes pasta making seem effortless and feasible. Every woman there commented on how much fun they had and how this party was such a great idea! Not one detail was left out...from the personalized clothespins for wine glasses, the aprons, chef hats, and materials...you felt you were at a culinary school while in the comforts of your own home with all your friends!! Lauren from Oh, The Pastabilities was incredible! The experience, the lesson, the food it was all amazing!

Lauren came, brought all of her equipment and set up everything for our guests! She was really easy to listen to and learn from and she was super sweet and personable.

We also had my 4 year old in on the lesson and she had so much patience for him and really helped him so much!

And now onto the recipes- we chose two simple dishes and even though it was basic ingredients- it was delicious! After showing us how to make the pasta, Lauren prepared the sauces for us, boiled the pasta and then plated the food for us to enjoy! OMG, What an amazing night of fun and fettuccine...and ravioli making!!! Lauren was so knowledgeable and her passion for making all these delicious pasta and sauces was infectious, even the teenagers were having a blast!!! We were all so proud of our creations. The best part is eating the pasta....I honestly don't think we've ever had pasta that just melted in your mouth!!! Lauren's little personal touches, like our chef hats, certificate, pasta and sauce recipes were wonderful!!! All of my friends can't stop talking about how much fun we had!!!
