I am exceptionally disappointed with the service I received here. Check the photos to see my cut. The reviews were all great so I figured I'd give it a try. I was growing my hair out and asked for a very low taper in the back, sides left alone, and I resulted with an all-around fade. Not only did I not receive the cut I requested, but the fade is horrible and I can see lots of lines. It looks like it's about 1 inch longer on the right than left. He dry scissor cut to blend into the longer hair and just kept chopping away. It's so poorly blended. Even had I asked for a fade, it's bottom 5% of fades I've ever received. He cut off about 6 months of growth that I wanted to keep and did a poor job at that. I feel like the barber was very clearly struggling and the owner did not intervene. I gave myself better haircuts during COVID. Extremely disappointed and I'd advise anyone...

Horrible place. Waited for next barber. Asked if there was a list or if I had to make appointment. Was told next chair that opened would cut my hair. Next chair but barbers friend showed up so I was made to wait. Instead I left. Customer service is awful. Will definitely never go back

I review place and ALWAYS post honest opinion. Never had a place accuse me of basically being a liar. One of first thing I do when I walk into a new barber shop , is ask about a list and who is next . I was simply told I'm next . Nothing about a 3rd chair etc. When you finished with your client that's next . When a buddy walks in way after I was sitting you simply ignored me. No conversation, no explaining anything etc. It's disingenuous to act as if you did nothing wrong. My review stands as your response shows you have little to no customer service skills.
