I’ve been here a few times and had requested a specific nail tech since I was happy with her work. When I arrived for my appointment I didn’t get the nail tech I requested. My manicure was incredible rough and I felt like he was pulling too hard on my hands, was very rough with pushing my cuticles back to the point where I was bleeding and he didn’t apologize. I also bring my own tools and he continued to complain that they were no good and ended up breaking my cuticle cutter. My pedicure was even worse, entirely too rough and not pleasant at all. I LOVE this place. It quickly became my favorite. I tried a few places in Staten Island but this one is the winner! Everyone is so nice. The woman that did my nails took great care of me, cleaned my cuticles nicely, and did a great job on my shape and design. I am picky about my shape and every time i asked her to change/fix something, we was patient and had a great attitude. My nails lasted a whole MONTH!
