Apna Bazaar — Local services in New York

Visited all three Apna Bazaar locations in Queens after seeing their flashy flyer—what a waste of time 🚨🤬 I visited ALL 3 of their Queens locations and it was the worst🤮🤮🤢🤢 waste of time ever ⛔⏳. Their flyer is 100% FALSE ADVERTISING 🧾❌. No Hotel Bar Butter 🧈, no Nescafe ☕, no MILK 🥛 — and when I asked, staff casually said, “We haven’t had them for 2 months” — SERIOUSLY 🤯🤯?! You’re lying to the whole community just to sabotage new stores and fool loyal customers 🤡.

The veggies are straight-up ROTTEN 🥬🤢, aisles look horrible, staff is rude and clueless 🙄, and the entire store feels like a joke that’s fallen apart. Don’t let them INSULT your intelligence with fake deals and dirty service. 🚫⛽🗑️ I am never going there again. I would rather shop where honesty, quality, and real service are still a priority for the sake of my time and money. Really, really...

These people have two different prices for many of their items. Their cash register will always charge .50cents to $1.50 more than the actual price tag. It happened to me three times and when I complain the manager he started arguing and bargaining with me.The actual price tag was for $1.49 and at the cash register it came $2.49. He said he will give me for $2.29, l don't understand why should l pay more for something that is incorrectly priced. After that he didn't even correct the price in their system.They never apologize, instead argue with the customers. Usually this way they try to make more profit by cheating the customers who buy a lot and do not check...

customer service is horrible, they are racist. I went in there to pick up a few things, and they refused to put my groceries in a bag, however another person of their same race, they bagged her stuff up. this is not the first incident ive had, a woman worker also left my grocery bag behind the window instead of handing it to me, and looked at me like i had ten heads when i said i couldnt reach. All my hispanics, etc do not come here they are...
