Would be much better if the homeless that overwhelm this location would care enough about themselves and others to bathe: soap and hot water are free at the city shelters (that's an absolute fact) so there's no excuse for smelling like a septic tank! Otherwise, typically small but good-enough-in-a-pinch (say, for restrooms, free WiFi, and free device charging) neighborhood branch. Something really weird: they advertise free take-home loaner tablets, which are available from every branch in the whole QPL system (though not every location publicizes this), but there are never any to actually take out -- and there's no waiting list, either: you just gotta keep asking every day, since they also don't seem to know when one is due to be returned!!
