This business license should be revoked due to their flagrant display of discriminatory practices. I was subjected to an egregious case of racial profiling. The clerk meticulously examined my appearance from head to toe and then I was deliberately ignored.

Consequently, due to the abysmal customer service and the staff's refusal to offer any assistance, I was regrettably unable to purchase the items needed.

Given these distressing experiences, I earnestly caution anyone who does not belong to the Jewish community to avoid patronizing this establishment.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! Called to get contractor pricing, someone answered by just saying hello. I didnt know if it was the right place. Then they transferred me around until i finally got to speak with some. They wouldn't give pricing over the phone (which i understand), i stressed how important it is to get it today. She said (mini i believe was her name) she would respond as soon as she received my email. I sent the email, it bounced back, i tried to call again within minutes and she had already left the office. POUR customer service, seemed like they did not want to work at all. ENTOS should never spec them...

We decided to try this store. Compared with other tile stores, this store is not cheap, but we saw a couple of designs we liked. We ordered two types of tiles, one marble mosaics and one glazed terra-cotta 8x8 tiles - 4 boxes of the latter. The mosaic tiles were fully intact when received. However, when the tilers opened the terrace cotta tiles, 80% of tiles were broken - across ALL four boxes. Our multiple attempts - shortly thereafter - to contact the store to seek refund were ignored. Needless to say, no more tiles have been or will be ordered from this provider, and we avoid it at all costs for our future...
