Bay Towers Apartments — Local services in New York

The rental office will make you want to fight. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional. I can literally hear her eating as she tell me all that she can't do(shocker). Very unhelpful. The building is falling apart but rent keeps going up. Machines in the laundry room are always broken. I've wasted so much money in there. 1 elevator can go out with no notice so you're waiting 10 minutes for 1 elevator to finally come. Security is paid to do nothing.
