I have been the victim of non-delivery of a product, and then refusal to refund my purchase price . This is on top of false advertising for said product, which they never even had. Check out complaints against them at the BBB website, they have 53 complaints against them for the last year alone, most of them product-delivery related and advertising-sales issues. I purchased a refrigerator from them on July 29, 2014 and paid for expedited 7-10 day shipping. I found out after that the refrigerator was never in stock, yet they told me it was on national backorder. Each week they told me it "would be coming in the next week." It never did.
I started trying to cancel my order on Oct 3, and was told of new dates for the national backorder to arrive. I attempted to cancel my order multiple times: 10/3, 10/11, 10/24, 10/31 and 11/13. Each time I was told it would be there the following week and was offered extended warranties to not cancel my order. In fact, one of the times I tried canceling was 10/31 and the "warehouse manager" Steve told me that a refrigerator mysteriously showed up and was being sent out to me. 12 days later, nothing.
I made my final cancellation request on 11/13 when Steve admitted that the refrigerator was not coming in and I would be getting a refund along with another extended warranty. When I didn't receive my refund by Dec 1, I contacted them again and was told that "they were having a problem with their credit cards" and that they would be mailing me a check sometime in mid December. Steve told me they have to go through a system of checks and balances, investigations and a lot of other nonsense.
I threatened to contact the BBB and he finally called me back and said the check will be in my hands by Dec 5. Well, it is now Dec 5 and no check. I called again and spoke with Steve. He told me the same garbage again, that the accounting department needs to go through checks and balances and won't send me my refund until they are done. Always one absurd excuse after another. I repeatedly asked to speak to the accounting department and was always told that "they don't speak to people"
Bottom line, I have been strung along for 4 months. They've refused to cancel my order. They refuse to issue me a refund. They lie about product availability. They lie about sending out refunds. I am still waiting for my $2595 refund and have contacted the BBB, NY Consumer Affairs, FTC and NY Attorney General among other agencies to help. Stay far away from this disingenuous and...

I ordered a Nikon D850 on 7/16 with the promise that it would be delivered Friday 7/19, as I was leaving for vacation on the following Tuesday. I found the list of Google vendors on Google Shopping. Fumfie said they could get it there by Friday for free, which is the ONLY reason I went with them, since others were saying Monday, which was cutting it too close. So, Friday, I had someone waiting at home for it (since I was at work). It wasn't delivered, shipped late. Strike one. So, then it got moved to Monday, the day before my trip and nobody was going to be home Monday so I tried changing the delivery location to where I could simply put it up at the FedEx location, since I do this all the time with other vendors. FedEd said the order was "locked" by the vendor. What? I couldn't make any changes. I reached out to Fumfie, they said Google locked it. I reached out to Google, they said Fumfie locked it. So, Monday came and went... no camera so I told FedEx to ship it back, I'm getting a refund. This is where it went off the rails. On 7/29, "CCARLOS" from Fumfie signed for it, two weeks after I bought it. No refund. I called Google, they said Fumfie had to reach out. This has been going on for two weeks. Today is 8/13, two weeks after Fumfie go the $2,499 camera back, yet, it's still on my credit card bill and Google said it's radio silence from them. I don't know why it's not auotmated and Fumfie hasn't talked to Google or Google hasn't reached out to them. Whatever the case, any other company like Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, etc., and you get a return with minutes... not two weeks. I can't even say "two weeks" because I still haven't gotten my money back yet!! This is a month after I ordered something that I never received. Read moreI purchased a refrigerator on 9/10/2014. The next day, I received a call from Fumfie and was upsold express shipping. I was promised the fridge September 21-25. Come September 26th, I still hadn't received nor heard anything. I called them a week later, and they informed me the fridge hadn't shipped yet, that they were having problems with their vendor, but that the fridge "should" ship by the end of that week. The following week I had heard and received nothing, nor any communication. I called the following week and was told the order would "definitely" ship out within a week. A week came and went. I called them to give them a final chance to ship my order, but they didn't answer. They take many Jewish holidays off. I emailed them and told them if my order wasn't on it's way to me by October 24th, to cancel my order. The date came and went, and I received no communication from Fumfie. I then called Fumfie the first week of November and they didn't answer, so I left a message telling them to cancel my order and refund me my money. They have done neither and haven't communicated with me for over a month. I was forced to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
