Our Experience

This is our first time writing a Google review, and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one.

In January 2024, we scheduled a daycare tour with the owner, Diana. However, she canceled twice—once over the phone and again via text (screenshots provided). Since we had hoped to tour while the grandparents were in town, her repeated cancellations were disappointing. We quickly moved on and found a wonderful daycare for our older child.

Nearly a year later, Diana unexpectedly reached out, stating she had an available spot and asked if we were still interested. Since we had recently welcomed a new baby, we decided to reconsider.

We scheduled a phone call, but Diana kept rescheduling. When I called at the agreed-upon time, she didn’t answer. When we finally connected, she asked if she could call me back later. I explained that she was already late and that I had a meeting in five minutes. Her response? She claimed she had just spoken with another parent, and suddenly, the spot was no longer available.

Concerns About Professionalism

Over the past year, we have toured multiple daycares—our older child is now happily enrolled, and we continue our search for our newborn. Scheduling tours has never been an issue elsewhere, and our interactions with other providers have been professional and pleasant. This, however, was our first truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

We have records of all our exchanged messages, and based on this experience, we cannot imagine entrusting our child’s care to someone so unreliable. If a business cannot manage basic scheduling and communication, how can parents trust them to provide stable, responsible care for their children?

Update

After posting this review, Diana responded with false claims, stating she never scheduled a tour for us in January 2024. However, our uploaded screenshots clearly prove otherwise. Upon seeing the evidence, she immediately deleted that part of her response.

She also falsely claimed she was late for our recent phone call last week due to her daughter being sick. However, our text history shows that she mentioned her daughter’s illness in 2024—long before we had spoken on the phone. The reality is that she was already late for our scheduled call, then asked to call back later. When I told her I had a meeting in five minutes, she abruptly revoked the tour offer. This raises serious concerns about integrity and accountability in someone entrusted with child care.

Rather than addressing the situation professionally, she questioned our character and falsely accused us of being rude—without any evidence. If that were true, why did she reach out to us nearly a year later?

Another alarming detail is her repeated use of the words “hatred” and “hateful” in her response—we suspect she will delete as soon as she sees this update. We are simply sharing our honest experience with supporting evidence. It is deeply concerning that someone responsible for children would respond in such an emotionally charged and unprofessional manner.

Furthermore, in what appears to be an attempt to bury our review, eleven five-star reviews were posted within the past 48 hours. Have you ever seen a small home daycare suddenly receive that many glowing reviews in such a short time? This raises serious doubts about the authenticity of her previous reviews.

Final Thoughts

The only thing Diana didn’t lie about is that we spent valuable time writing and revising this review—unexpectedly so, as she continues editing her response, making new false claims, and attempting to bury the truth. At this point, we see no reason to continue updating, as she will likely fabricate new responses regardless.

Beeutiful Daycare has been an incredible second home for my children, and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful Diana and Danny are. They have been a part of our family’s journey for years, helping raise my 5-year-old daughter, caring for my son and daughter since they were just 6 weeks old, and now looking after my youngest, who started at 3 months. Knowing that they will also care for our new baby after birth gives me such peace of mind.

They treat every child as if they were their own, ensuring that each day is filled with learning, play, and care tailored to each child’s needs.

The growth I’ve seen in my children—socially, emotionally, and developmentally—has been incredible. They come home happy, loved, and excited to share their day. The structured yet warm atmosphere fosters independence while giving them the comfort of a home-like setting.

I truly couldn’t imagine a better place for my children to grow and learn. Diana is one of the best caregivers that I have encountered through out the years. I trust her with my most valuable assets my children. Danny and Diana truly care about our children as their own. Thank you both for all your hard work, love, dedication, patience to the children. The hands on activities and lessons each holiday each season that are put together daily making everyday a fun environment to go to which is very important! My child is always excited to go to daycare and learn something new everyday! Also, the home cooked meals helped my picky eater a lot! The potty training takes a lot of patience, but they take on the challenges that come along with children. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone I know and is looking for the best care for children. The best part of raising our kids is to see their growth and creating memories that we as parents can cherish. Danny is known for being an amazing photographer and captures everlasting photos of our children which is so unique about this daycare!
