KFC — Restaurant in New York

They still haven’t changed their establishment hours! They don’t close at 1, they close at 12 drive thru and all. They don’t tell you that in the times posted with their establishment! I went there several occasions to know that they close before 12 am! When you arrive they tell you that they have changed the time and it’s clearly isnt posted. I’ve suggested to google to edit the time! Been since almost over a year and they still haven’t changed the times posted!!! Change the times!!!!! People need to be aware of this!!! Also, why are the prices more and you give us less with the meals?! I’d rather go by Howard beach kfc any day!! They give you more for less $!!!! How’s that so, if it’s the same establishment? Oh, and how hard is it to remember everything that is suppose to be with our meal? And if most come with sauce, give us our sauces! Why must we have to remind the employees of their job? On more than one occasion, the chicken was chewy. I got food poisoning from the loaded bowl; which is something I’m used to eating. I would recommend The KFC by Howard Beach. Much better. This place is great now that they changed store managers I love the short Black female I believe her name is Nakita, the other guys make was Khan that had it before he was terrible and customer service was terrible. It seems like he was always getting into arguments with people that weren't from his country or wasn't indian like him kfc should be embarrassed to have him running their stores I believe he is now in the queens center mall I seen him a few months back and I'm sure he won't last there as well I truly hope he's terminated sooner than later that's not the type of guy u want representing your business..... To Nakita please keep up the good work and congrats to running and building the store you have back up after years of the idiot "Khan" chasing away customers wish you nothing...

The new store managers have made this place even better. I believe the short Black woman's name is Nakita, and I adore her. The previous owner, Khan, was a nasty man with terrible customer service. KFC should be ashamed to have him managing their stores because it seems like he was constantly arguing with individuals who weren't from his country or weren't Indian like him. I believe he is currently working at the Queens Center Mall; however, I saw him there a few months ago, so I'm sure he won't survive there either. I sincerely hope he is fired as soon as possible since he is not the kind of person you want to represent your company. Keep up the wonderful...
