I recently visited your store and spent around $185 on groceries. While I was at the register, the cashier—a woman with glasses—offered to give me a better discount without me asking. But in the end, the discount was only $1, which felt misleading.
I also noticed some of my items were scanned twice, which raised my total. Later, I found out from other customers that this has happened before by that same lady.
What bothered me most was when she asked me to recount all 39 items after she had already scanned them. I believe it’s the cashier’s job to do that, not the customer’s. Either she need to be trained better or get the hell out of the store.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope you can look into this and provide more training if needed. Good service at the register makes a big difference...

They have no clue what they're doing. They there counting multiple items more than once. This lady at the register count my beef $70 twice and didn't even realize. When I told her she didn't bother to say "sorry" instead she making excuse that register is acting up. Her service towards customer is very bad. She was forcefully pushing me to buy item that was already expired. If I were you, I would drive another few miles to go to a professional shop...
