If you’re a WIC card user don’t not go here. The machine/register don’t work good. They had me swipe my card so many times never gave me my items or receipt then was told to come back next day. When I went back and swipe my card all items were gone they refused to give me my stuff and then the manager had the audacity to tell me maybe I went at another store and that the register had to recollection of me swiping my card I was so embarrassed, so to prove him wrong and to show that I was there I further took my complaint to my local WIC office and they were able to prove and show that I swipe my card right there smh. I felt humiliated because even the girls working there look at me with scorn they profiled me because I’m black and didn’t even care to listen to my explanation. I only buy certain items from this store, never packaged meat. I have a habit of always checking expiration dates anyway. I've only had pleasant encounters with the people that work there. I recently encountered one experience at the deli counter that I didn't like. The heavy set, tall young Spanish guy made my sandwich wearing one glove. I didn't realize it, until he put the sandwich up on the counter. The older Man wears two gloves. That was a turn off and I declined the sandwich. This is the closest supermarket near my house but it is so gross! I’ve witnessed them pick fruit up off the floor and just put it right back on the shelf without washing it or anything. Be very careful and ALWAYS check expiration dates when purchasing because they often leave expired things out. They even cover the dates sometimes with sale stickers so be mindful of that. They also are dishonest about their meat packaging. My mom bought pork chops from here TWICE and both times found pork shoulder behind the pork chop! Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this...
