Fine Fare Supermarkets — Local services in New York

The products at this store is fine it has good products always did but my issue is the produce when the produce falls on the dirty floor employees pick it up and put it right back! there are all kinds of germs on the floor ppl walk on the floor. ppl spit on the floor. even pee on the floor depending on where u are all those elements are brought in on the dirty supermarket floor with our dirty shoes on when I mentioned this to the supervisor he acted as if it was not a big deal and that his employee didn't speak English and he's new so he doesn't know any better and he wasn't supposed to even pick up the tomatoes but yet dismiss me when I said it is a health code violation ppl can get sick. He says to me its not a big deal along with his other employee next to him who says to me you are making a big deal out of this, tomatoes grow from the ground its not a big deal that food falls on the floor.......well maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing but I won't spend my money at a supermarket that doesn't respect its consumers dollars or there health...and ps. The guy who picked up the tomatoes and put them back he's been working there at least 4 years he's not new at all the supervisor lied to me to cover his own and his employees wrong doing . I'm not saying not to shops here but if u do! Just be aware that your health is not first...

Visited to show support for local business. Left my bungee cord that goes with my cart on the conveyor belt. Got home less than 10 minutes later, called the store and it was gone. 2 young ladies, 1 a cashier the other a bagger, right there & no one saw me leaving it? Guess that’s what I get because I had to rearrange my produce in the cart to make everything fit after she couldn’t. I am a one and done visitor. 2 stars for having a semi decent...

Organic milk goes for almost 10 dollars. In Bayside (Stop and Shop) 6.99. Overcharges for deli sandwiches. 8.00 for a Beef Bologna hero. No healthy bread alternatives. Lettuce and tomato were minuscule. Overall this outlet is typical for the community it is supposed to serve. Nothing healthy and overpriced .
