I visited Carifesta in the Bronx recently and was extremely disappointed. The wait time was excessive, ranging from 30-45 minutes, which really put a damper on the experience. The chicken fried rice was soggy and overly soft almost to the point where it didn't require chewing, which is definitely not how fried rice should be.
Additionally, the prices have increased to about $15 per box of chicken fried rice since my last visit, and they pass the credit card fee onto customers, so it's actually better to pay with cash if you can.
