I came into the store with an ipad who the headset piece broke inside that I thought was beyond unrepairable. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment I walked in. The girl at the front was very welcoming and pleasing to deal with. even greeted my daughter so lovely. They took the time to assess the issue and clearly explained my options without any pressure.
