Since Benny took the liberty to mention me in his reply to his previous review, I deemed it necessary to leave this review. When Benny came to see our fence initially we were a bit skeptical because we read his previous reviews on here, but we decided to give him a chance. The fence was horrible looking when he installed it, I mean horrible! It was uneven, the bottom panels were noticeable long and short. He planted all except one post to install the fence. We expected that when he returned to install the fence he will dig and install the remaining one post. Benny did not plant! He cut off the part that was supposed to go in the ground (see pictures) and literally rested the iron post on the pavement. An entire post holding up our side fence was basically missing. We refused to be bullied, asked him to plant the post, which he did. He was in such a hurry that the post was not done properly and after he left we noticed that the entire side fence was swaying. Now imagine this, an entire IRON side fence swaying. The wind could have easily blew it over. After weeks of calling him to come fix it, he finally came on November 3rd (initial job was done in August). After he left his workmen to fix the job, he came to pick them up and asked to remove the review my husband left for him. SERIOUSLY? We had to leave a review to get Benny's attention to come fix a job he did. This is the kind of person he is. He DOES NOT have a company! It's him alone, all the men he bring presenting as "workmen" are nothing of sorts. One of his "workmen" took a break while installing the fence. He laid down in our drive way as if he was injured, I went out to see whether I needed to call 911. He was actually high and drunk! I asked if he wanted something to drink, meaning water or a juice, he outright asked me if I have a beer. This is the company we paid thousands of dollars to get a job done.

If you like the intrigue and would like to go through all the stress go ahead. But, Benny is incompetent, arrogant, rude and a despicable human. Your money is better spent else where. Attached are pictures to show the pooor pooor work he tried to pass off on us. We just did not stand for it. We had to fight to get our fence fixed and Benny seems angry that he ACTUALLY did his job! Benny post pictures of my fence, let Americans see your work. I bet he will post far away pictures, that does not show the imperfections such as bent spikes, unpainted patches, bent rails, running paint, butchered designs, missing borders and SWAYING PANEL (all of which was outlined in the job contract).

Additionally, when he arrives to work, he does not notify anyone. He walked in our yard, plug in his heavy duty jack hammer and other machines. With covid everything is remote, we had computers plugged in (Macbook pro, Microsoft surface pro, monitors, computer ports, etc). When he put on his machine he tripped the entire house breakers and my monitors and computer are now getting fixed because of a direct loss of power. Depending on the damage incurred I will decide whether it is worth it to sue him. His business is sinking, he has no insurance, no security bonds, nothing to protect customers interests.

Benny seems like good person, but I wasn’t satisfied with the work. Communication needs room for improvement. He collected a deposit on the Monday (4/21) and said he will be by to install the post Thursday/Friday. I wasted two days of pay time off from work Because he didn’t show up nor those two days. And had I not contacted him, I would’ve not heard from him. I had asked to have mesh behind the gate. I’m not sure why he only did a small amount. We wanted the whole thing done so that no one can stick their hand and open the door knob which is the problem i’m having it now. I have to call another company to get the rest of the mesh done since I haven’t heard from him when I told him about the issue. It has been two years and Benny has refused to complete the job he got paid in full for. Or refund the money for the job he did not do. He refused to take my calls, return my calls and numerous text. He has not returned to make good on his promised. You do not deserve to get 1 star. You did me wrong. You thought because you saw a woman at my house that you were going to take advantage of me. Now I will let all your customers and potential customers know what type of business man you are, if you do not come to complete my job you started. I will continue to write these reviews on your company. So help me God. Benny do the right thing and finish my work. That is all I am asking of you..
