NOT BUYING FROM DIMARZIO AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER CARE. I was forced to accept purchasing a product I won't use. The trick? Accepting the terms and conditions when buying. I bought a set of pickups for a friend who lives outside of USA based on the lead time provided on the website and paid extra for expedite shipping to bring them with me on my trip. This company thinks that shipping a week later is compatible with paying extra for expedite shipping. Well; one pays extra to get them earlier for a reason. In addition; they will send you a confirmation email explaining the delay giving you less than 24 hours to answer or, otherwise, they will asume the transaction accepted. That assumes the following: The customer received and read the email; and no eventuality could ever happen to the customer that will make it unable to reply on time. Agaion three years later, and I am still impressed by the quality of the pickups! All my guitars have Dimarzios, Air Zones, Tone Zones, and now a Titan bridge in a baritone drop A and the sound is SICK. They even threw in a patch cable with the purchase, top quality as well. Best...
Read moreI had a pickup that I bought a year ago. It was a discontinued model. I finally installed it inanew guitar. There was an open in the pickup...it didn’t work. I contacted the dealer on EBay. He, inturn, contacted DiMarzio who offered to rewind the pickup. Since I live in Jersey, not too far from the factory, I dropped it off in person. They were obliging at the factory.
