Never again had me waiting down stairs at rumc for an hour when food was supposed to be there in a hour driver claims he called the wrong number but the right number was on the receipt to get upstairs to my wife who just had a C-section and boneless spare ribs had bones no BBQ sauce no soda the strim and broccoli had e jumbo shrimp instead of my baby shrimp and white rice instead of my plain shrimp fried rice called to complain and they say I'll send a cup of BBQ sauce and didn't want to remake the shrimp and broccoli after 15 minutes they tell my wife come return it she explains she's admitted just had our baby he paused and repeated himself so she repeated herself finally get replies so come tomorrow I had to walk to get my money back in exchange for the food and find something else all while the driver was downstairs my wife was in bed rest and on...

While the food is always good I will not be returning as the service they provide is not up to par. We all recieved lunch specials that included drinks and when arrived they did not come with. The lady I spoke to before the manager was nice but the manager was not. She tried to imply first we recieved our drinks and then the next imply was to say our specials weren't lunch specials. They should not be stressing over three bottled water. When told we are loyal couples and we felt offended the only thing we got was "im sorry".
