I wanted to try this place because I love Peruvian food and we don't have many choices here on staten island. I ordered the $25 family meal. It comes with large rice, beans, choice of maduros, Tostones and something with yuca. A whole chicken and I added an avocado salad. There was an agreement among my family that everything was good except for the beans. They were kidney beans and they were so hard. It was like they were not even cooked. Read moreI was a little worried when I walked in and it was empty... it's Thursday... the floors and tables a little sticky but not because they're dirty... it's a strange finish... anyway. We had half chicken and rice and beans, a steak platter and chicken soup...OMG it was FLAVORFUL, PERFECTLY SEASONED AND COOKED TO PERFECTION. Sorry, was I yelling? It was soooooo good.
