After checking out all the reviews on yelp and Google I decided to check out Dino’s to buy a bowling ball for my wife’s birthday and I have to say Dino was great he enlightened us all about bowling balls. We did not know there were different types of bowling balls. He was extremely helpful in helping my wife in choosing her ball, sizing her for the holes and explaining the different hole grips for her and what would be best to get the best performance. He even gave her a quick lesson on how to properly bowl. I highly recommend going to Dino’s he also has ball bags which we bought one for her ball and all types of gear you may want or need. Read moreAttentiveness poor, customer service atrocious, cleanliness the shop was a disaster there was like nothing in the shop, the guy literally didn't even give the courtesy to say something like " hey sorry for the wait give me like 2 minutes " some guy just Waltzed in gave him a ball as said he was here first...clearly this is not a Pro shop more like a back room closet with poor attention to detail now for the best part the guy who cut in front of me, he did the wrong job and made the wrong sizes for the ball. To be brief my pin count has picked up as I practice more and more to see how the ball reacts on different lanes and oil patterns but overall I am very happy with the ball, price , and time drilling. Ball was drilled within the hour. Than Dino watched me try out the new ball at Astoria Bowl ( pro shop seprate) and gave me some tips on turing my wrist slightly and slowing down the ball....
