This used to be a 5 star place but it has gone down the drain management needs to see who's the face of the place it doesn't matter if the person upfront is now blood related if he doesn't even pick up the phone when you ring up to order some sandwiches it use to be easy to order 3-4 sandwiches and drive there to pick them up it was a really good Time saving proposition for people like me who only has a one hour lunch break at work now I have to get there that's 10 minutes away order and wait another 10-20 minutes to get the sandwich and drive back to work sometimes without even time to eat like a human been all because they never pick up the phone to take an order just like they used to they need to get that kid out and get someone there to...

I consider myself & neighbors fortunate to have Flushing Mini Food Market in our neighborhood. Convenient source for necessities and delicious catering . Cleanliness is obvious. The owner has planted beautiful gardens outside ! Years ago, I confided that when I got old...what would I do for groceries. I was told...not to wirry, they would deliver. Shortly thereafter, we experienced a snowstorm. After shopping one of the staff took my bagged groceries and accompanied me home on the next block! Some employees have an attitude problem, they seem to think they own the place and can disrespect customers Especially after they make mistakes because they don't listen, they blame customers for mistakes they made. Some employees goes back and forth for customers instead of taken care of one customer at a time, if a latino person or Asian person comes, these employees jump through hoops, while white customers are forced to wait, I've seen this happened many times before and nobody stops this type of business practice, if it was reversed, people...
