$18.65 for LUNCH on a boring Wednesday? The prices here are insane for the type of food served. Falafel: meh, fries portion/ flavor: ok at best, tzatziki sauce: heavy thumbs down and on top of that the waitress told me, “I can give you extra sauce if you would like”, then charged me A DOLLAR for a tiny cup of sauce? She charged my friend too, who didn’t even particularly ask for sauce, but since the waitress asked her, “would you like me to get some for you too?”, my friend said yes. For future reference, if you’re going to charge a dollar for sauce, the customer needs to be informed. Saying “A side of extra sauce is $1” is a lot more professional than saying, “I can get you extra sauce if you would like” and charge someone for it unknowingly. It may “only be a dollar” but that makes a difference when it’s just for a small cup of sauce that I was not aware I was being charged for! How many places have I been to that give a tiny cup of sauce for free? Clearly too many to be irked that I was charged for it! It was essentially sour cream with subtle flavor too; if it was bomb sauce I wouldn’t be as bothered. Fries, a canned soda and a sandwich should not have been $18.65! Owners please look at this review. I’ll say that again, $18.65 for a sandwich, a side of fries and a canned...

The food is good but the past few times I’ve been there there is a waitress there that works there that ruins the place for me …the first time I went I got a gyro to go and then while I was watching them prepare my gyro I see the waitress go to the grill and take a piece of meat from my gyro , I complained and they gave me some extra meat …I go back a few months later now and I call in my order for a gyro . I get there and while I’m paying and picking up my order and about to leave I hear a female voice that I believe was that same waitress say some insulting word out loud in front of everyone , I think it was that same waitress and I think it was directed at me because of my previous complaint…the owner must let the employees eat the leftover food there so now the waitresses get mad if a customer like me shows up and buys a lot of their food so there’ll be less leftovers for them to freeload off of plus I get my orders to go so no need to tip, I am Hispanic so they are probably prejudiced against certain Hispanics, I guess the owner has lost control there and is a pushover to his employees there so I probably won’t be going back I can just go to Fontana’s they are...

I ordered through grubhub and it said the food would take about 60-70 minutes. I called after that time passed and asked the status of my order. I was told that they couldn’t tell me that information at this moment because they had a lot of orders. I told the lady that this was an office and we have a lunch hour. She then said my food was out to be delivered. It’s been now 2 hours. I tried calling again and the phone was disconnected…. When I finally got through, I was put on hold twice as if they have no idea what’s going on with my order. On hold for 10 minutes. I was taken off hold and asked how I can be helped after explaining my situation twice and given them an address. Put on hold a third time. I was finally told that my order was lost and that if I wanted I could get it in 20 minutes. Meanwhile I already paid for it through grubhub. I will be filing a complaint through grubhub as well. I got my food 3 hours later....
