Leaders is truly exceptional in the way the staff members care and provide for the children both academically and individually. I am truly impressed by their professionalism, day in and day out, along with their overall approach in creating a safe, enriching, and fulfilling environment for the children.

My two young nieces go and every time I go pick them up, the car is filled with nonstop talk of what they learned and how their day went. The enthusiasm and energy that they have for Leaders is infectious and incredible which always makes the car ride home such a joy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they are being looked after by people who actually care about their overall well-being.

It is quite evident that the staff at Leaders put a lot of effort into everything they do, from ensuring the children's safety to having enriching activities to supporting the kids so that they can meet their full potential. What separates Leaders from other after-school programs is that they go above and beyond on a daily basis for each and every child. The staff members are also communicative, friendly, and open to feedback whenever I had a concern. This is the standard that all after-school programs should hold themselves to, and that is what I have consistently seen at Leaders.
