Later on we retrun the equipment to you which include six bags of sands and a water pump and water circulation system but WE DIDN"T GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR THOSE EQUIPMENT we had purchased!!!!! Something like I will call you next Tuesday. now is almost one year and I haven't got called yet. You want to wait until next Tuesday? Or this tuesday but in next year? You are busy I understand but don't take the job if you are already overwhelmed. I ask you for the job in April, and The onwer waited at least one month and you say you can't do it.

I had a pool job at long Island. the first day I told Joe, the boss, that it is in long island and I want to specify how far it is and he just said no problem. they will get it done at most two weeks but won't be over a month. well, after three months the pool still got repaired. during these days I call the store several times but they just say they can't do anything because Joe is the one who taking care of the whole process. Joe keep on escape from my call he even put me into his blacklist or something like that cause everytime I call his number it just hang up automatically. what's more, he keep on adding the price up because of his own "investigation". he said the pool need to be build addition in order to keep the pool strong and the price is way more higher than the first day we had agreed. he keeps on lying about the liner will be arrived within a week or two, but actually the liner was arrived within a month and a half. we asked them how long the liner will be arrived, he just "promise" it will be arrived within several weeks but which is not true. he just failed as a boss because he doesn't want to deal with the result he had caused. we ask for the refund and he said he doesn't have enough money for that.

over all, the process isn't good at all. Joe is irresponsible for the words he said. if you are there for some small pool accessories. it might be a good place, but not for contractor at all cause he is holding several jobs at the same time and don't even talk to you because he...

So happy with the results!! In the height of the pandemic like so many others my parents wanted to do a project we have been putting off for years. After calling many other pool companies with very little respond, I came across their website. Made ONE phone call gave a brief description of my current back yard sent pictures and was given an estimate immediately. It all happened so fast, but they were extremely professional. We went the office and paid for the pool and Joe spoke to my brother who had concern about wanting a deeper pool, because him and my other brothers are on the taller side. Joe heard him out gave reassurance that this was a perfect fit for us (and our backyard). They came an level our entire yard which quite honestly is back breaking work. On the day of installation there was a missing piece and one of the owners personal brought it to the house within the next two days. Truly the work done was subpar and they were so willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. The best time to reach out is early in the morning when they first open because that tends to be when the owners are there. The were in the process of changing office staff, but each sectary I spoke to was beyond kind and helpful. We are beyond happy and had them come back to close up the pool at the end of October. I know a lot of other review talk about attitude and time issues, and I understand that completely but they were so wonderful with us, and in return we were kind and understanding of them.
