HONESTLY ZERO STAR Please be aware.. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I went to store with videos of couch that i was interested in Due to it not being in the show room. One was on back order and one was available In warehouse. I finally settled On one of the couches in the video that i presented to the owner, he told me that the couch i choose he had two left in the warehouse and that we can get our couch delivered right after Christmas which was important because i wanted my couch before the new year.. I never received the couch when i was told i had to call the company on many different occasions for them to tell me the delivery date changed 3 times. I eventually received the couch after new years which was 3 weeks after the initial delivery date. Once I received the couch it WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR PAID FOR NOT EVEN A COUCH I SEEN OR SHOWED HIM.. I called the company the following Sunday morning when they opened to let them know the wrong couch was delivered. The owner called back the Monday and basically told me that the couch I received is what we talked about also insisted that was the couch i choose in the show room and he wold never make that mistake..After a constant back and forth of him playing with my intelligence I asked him what are the steps i can take to receive the couch I originally showed you and paid for to solve the problem , because the couch was just delivered .. He then replies once the couch is unwrapped i am unable to return it which was nothing in writing nor anything he informed us about prior to purchase..Scam SO NOW IM stuck with a couch i never choose or even seen the only thing right is the color!!

Be careful of THESE PEOPLE THERE ADVERTISING COUCHES THEY DO NOT HAVE .. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU SOMETHING YOU DID...

I like glow furniture, I brought full house furnitures from them. I followed them through instagram long time ago, I went to the store from PA, I chose whole house package the price was to expensive no sale when I brought. I paid for delivery that was on August 10, I scheduled delivery on labor weekend, I received some of the stuff wrong, not the pieces I chose and some didn’t come at all, I called them they were nice apologies and they said I will receive the correct package soon, since September 02 I don’t receive it yet. I keep calling them sometimes didn’t respond to me, and when they reply they lied and gave me unreasonable. Last Saturday I spoke with them they said I will get call back to schedule delivery if they find truck going to PA, they don’t call me, I called and texted yesterday no one answer. Four months I didn’t receive my furnitures. On Black Friday they had sales same stuff I bought much cheaper. I want to cancel it and get my money back. I am unsatisfied with...

I wouldn’t recommend going here for furniture. They are very friendly and seem nice at first but after you place your order their demeanor changes. Also the sofa I ordered came in 2 different deliveries because they said 1 piece of the sofa wasn’t in stock. When they delivered the missing piece it doesn’t even match the rest of the sofa. I can tell by the stitching of the bottom and there are no legs to the piece they gave me during the second delivery (middle piece is from second delivery). Also, if you have an issue with them they are very rude when you confront them. Also pretty sure I could’ve gotten everything at a cheaper price elsewhere.
