I went to the salon 2 times with a bad hair issue that I should have spoke about it to the manager had some really friendly people most times there was a guy working there show a bit attitude complaining how oily my hair is when I don’t even put products cutting my hair that’s all but this time I just went there a month ago for a haircut I wanted I showed the hair stylist I told her I did not wanted that much layers the photo that I showed her was from Pinterest the girl did not look like she had so many layers in the back there when she finished cutting it look so terrible in the back some layers were badly cut short way too overcut making my hair more thin that did not look like in the picture i was so upset but didn’t wanted to cause a scene I just went to cut my hair yesterday to fix that it’s ridiculous how badly the layers were I couldn’t style my hair even if I blow dry it went to a different salon and was told that hair style isn’t supposed to look like that they couldn’t even fix it the only possibility they can do is cut the points to make it straight only wanted a different hairstyle I was told no they cannot cut it from how bad the layers are they will have to make it so short I still wanted it long this salon needs training this happened 2 times already they keep messing up the layers people keep telling me that’s not how layers...

I would give this place 0 stars. I booked an appointment with Karen (finessedbykaren) on Instagram and paid her $25 for a deposit. Come to the day of the appointment and she doesn’t even show up after waiting 45 minutes I decide to leave and sent her a message. I’ve given her enough time to respond as I understand things happen. She instead decided to block me and refuses to answer my calls and refund me. Definitely avoid this place as they hire frauds how just are looking for...

I went here thinking i would have the best hair day of my life…WRONG. the WORST HAIR DAY IN MY LIFE. I had a lady named karen who was totally irresponsible and not paying attention to my hair whatsoever when I told her multiple times to pay attention to my hair. overall, -100/10 experience will never be...
