The office staff, Susan, was highly professional. She was very easy to talk to and confirmed my event various times... fast forward to the date of the party. The "owner" along with a staff member show up two hours late. When I try to ask him about his tardiness he dismisses me and is very rude, condescending, unapologetic and defensive. He puts up his hand several times to "shoo" me away and wouldn't let me get a word in. I put my pride aside and swallow his rudeness because my guests along with my son is present. Yes, it's my sons 5th birthday and yea my guests and his little friends were waiting two hours for the bounce house only to be confronted by a rude man. Rude man proceeds to assemble a pumpkin bounce house. I ordered a wacky castle. I ask him why he has changed my order and he THROWS my money back at me and says "this is what we have" and tells me that that it is actually more expensive than what I ordered as if that was supposed to make up for him bringing a different one than what I ordered without telling me. The items that were chosen were beyond what I expected. The gentleman David that was the point person was extremely friendly and accommodating with our small amount of volunteers. Regina I thank you for the phone conversations and many emails of communication. The children of P.S.198 in Brooklyn completely enjoyed the carnival and everything provided. The Bucket Splash was a huge success especially because of the hot weather that day, I am extremely happy we were able to add it at the last minute. The parents and faculty that attended were excited and are still talking about the event.

A Total Jump will always be the company that P.S.198 chooses for their Family Fun Day experience.

Unbelievable. I call and this man who barly spoke English gave me an attitude and hung up the phone. I called to find out pricing because of course this shady place doesn’t give you that info on their site. He asked me a bunch of questions and then when I tell him that my event is at a park that I have a permit to the w party at he gets angry and tells me “no body gets permits goodbye. “ and just hangs up. I called him back to verify that he did in fact just hang up on me and he says yes he hung up because apparently he knows I could t get a permit. Which is crazy because I easily got a permit .
