We have made several purchases from this store and not only are their prices phenomenal but exceptional customer service. We picked the date for it to be delivered and the store specifically made sure that it would be timely. They were very accommodating to each and every request we had. We purchased a full bedroom set, dining room table, coffee table, and wall unit. Even when they didnt have what we wanted in store we were able to choose from a catalog with thousands of options. Even then we received delivery within 10 days of purchase. These items had to be imported from overseas. Ordered furniture from their catalogue. Was first told it would be delivered in 7-10 days, then that turned into 6-8 weeks. By the end of week 7 - I inquired about the delivery day and was told a funny story about the furniture about to go in a container to go on a great big boat sailing to NYC from China and that it would take another 4 weeks (and that is after I had already waited almost 2 moths!!!) What liars! The owner (Russian) promised to credit back my credit card which he had not done, what a surprise! Good thing Amex has a 90 day refund policy. Do NOT deal with this store. Rude,...
