I was visiting NY and came to this coffee shop for their mochas all the time. I came back on my last day in NY to this place and wanted to drink one last mocha before leaving. I was told they didn't have oatmilk so I opted for an almond milk alternative because I usually can deal with almond and had it in other establishments just fine. I was debating about this heavily with the bariato and was voicing my disappointment when they said they ran out of oatmilk. When I got the drink, it tasted so strong of almond, not used to that strong of almond milk. I asked if I could get a refund after 1 sip because I was going to be walking around and didn't like this drink at all, didn't want to waste it but I didn't want to drink it either. I normally never do this but it was nearly $10 and I was going to be walking all day. The guy working said they couldn't refund me.

I've been coming here rather frequently and I just felt off about this interaction. Needless to say, I never will come back here after this when I...

Very clean place but I’ll never stop by for coffee again. Ordered a Kyoto Cold Brew and Strawberry Latte.

KCB - the cup was completely filled with ice and then coffee was added. Leaving with maybe 8 oz. Of actual liquid. Check the photo. The flavor was slightly acrid leaving me to believe this was iced coffee. Not even done Kyoto drip style.

Str Latte - it was basically strawberry syrup filled to the top with half and half. They never pulled any shots. And looked confused when we asked “it doesn’t come with coffee?” If that’s the case, market it as Strawberry Milk. It’s...

Super cute, super quaint, and super hip. Definitely a nice place to do work, and the Wi-Fi works wonderfully. If you need to get out of the house to study, then definitely come here. However it’s hot and humid as heck in this place so be warned.

The coffee is alright, nothing spectacular. But it’s a good pick me up if you’re in need for one. Prices are higher than average for a coffee spot in flushing, so next time I stop by I’ll probably just get a danish or something and not a drink. Ordered an iced latte that was $7 for the...

Such a vibe, great espresso, service is top notch, and a lovely place to study or relax with friends. There’s outdoor seating as well if you want to get some air. There’s also ample local parking around the area. One downside is that they close a bit little early @7pm (but that’s just a bit picky thing as I’d love if they stayed open later) The atmosphere is well curated, it feels like you’re in a luxury home when you walk in, with cushions, neon light signs, and a plush sofa.

Excellent new cafe between Bowne park and Marino Brothers. Just had my first large cup of their regular coffee and it was quite good and reasonably priced, much better than Starbucks. They did a great job with the decor. Being situated on the corner provides lots of natural light. The gentleman behind the counter seems to be an amiable, unassuming fellow. I wish him the best of luck.
