Japparel Inc — Local services in New York

After seeing their brand on Instagram and looking at their website I contacted Japparel by email because there was no option to choose shipping to the Netherlands. Malky from customer service was very quick to reply to my messages and very helpful.

After the order had been placed it arrived from the US to the Netherlands in about 4 days and the quality of the products is exactly what I hoped and matching the way they are presented on their website.

In terms of sizing I followed the recommendation of a friend who was familiar with the brand who told me to choose XS or S while for European sizes I would usually be a M or L. I ordered everything in S and it all fits beautifully. For the shorter ladies out there I would think it might be on the long side but that is a lot easier to fix than something that's too short :-)

Bought the Brianna dress for myself and my daughter. Followed the washing instructions but the dress shrunk and is no longer wearable. My cleaners said that when water touches rayon it shrinks. Japperal would not even give me a credit. Very disappointing...
