Used to be one of my favorite spots to grab lunch at work, but that’s over. Not sure if management changed, but the food is consistently cold, and not the same as it used to be. I just ordered an order of my usual honey garlic poppers. Came out cold, even tho I’m here waiting on the food. Like how do you manage to do that? I went back and They gave me a new hot order. But it’s soggy now. Not the crispy poppers that I’m used to having here. Needless to say, a consistent customer of 2 years is not coming back here anymore. Not to mention, the prices went up. Ate here a few times, great food and good fast food place but horrible service. Guy behind the counter is on his phone all the time, attitude when placing the order, preoccupied with his headphones in his ears to give proper service, and not friendly vibes. i asked for some sauce on the side and he answers that there isn't any, when i asked what are those, pointing at the sauces he says its extra so i asked how much and he told me $1. I asked if its even a dollar after i just order $70 worth of food, he says yup. i hand him a dollar and still made me stand while searching for his "expensive sauce". food can be good but treat your customers like that and theyll be leaving with a bad taste in...
