Jetty Jumpers — Local services in New York

My jet ski tour was cancelled due to a lightning storm. They refused to give me a refund, but assured me it will not expire. Fast forward a few months later when I'm ready to go back out . After calling them for 2 weeks, I finally spoke with one of the owners. I supplied him with proof of my confirmation email and even the weather archives, that irrefutably showed severe thunderstorms from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the day they cancelled the tour, because he kept saying he doesn't know if I actually went out that day. He sounded more annoyed than anything. I wasn't asking for any special favors, I only wanted what I paid for.
