First time going in this pizzeria to get pizza. Before going inside the pizzeria I saw two guys coming out with a few boxes of pizza that looked like it was out for delivery. They looked pretty busy when we went inside with two working at the counter and two working by the oven. ALL the toppings pizza by the counter didn’t look fresh and looked very cold (more like yesterday’s pizza) and so I asked for two regular slices. The guy cut something out from under the counter, put them on the paper plate and was quickly passing it to the one by the oven. When I asked to see them, it looked like it was days old, cold like out the freezer and had no color. I said I didn’t want it and asked when would a fresh pie be coming out so we get fresh. One genius by the oven was very smart and made a wise comment by saying “THAT’S ALL WE HAVE”. I was quite shocked with the comment and felt very disappointed and upset. We quickly left after. How can you speak to customers like that ?!? How ?!?!?? I don’t understand people. With pizza men in the back looking so busy making pies, with a lady in the corner on the phone taking orders, with the place looking so busy, you tell a customer “THAT’S ALL YOU HAVE” when they refuse to take your ten day old looking pizza that looked like it was left forgotten since last year. What a shame ! Where is the owner when things like this happen. When people come to get food, they don’t want to see something FROZEN and OLD looking, they want to see something FRESH and DELICIOUS that they will enjoy eating. And with nasty people making the experience even “better” there certainly won’t be any business. With me being a potential first time customer and then being talked to so nastily, why would I get your food or ever return ? Get new staff or teach them some manners. They need to show appreciation for business. Never will I step my foot in that...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered chicken fingers and french fries for my children. I ordered 20 mins before I got there and it still wasnt ready. So i waited, as I waited I took a glance in the kitchen and noticed a cook blatantly place the chicken fingers on the side counter with his hands NO GLOVES, and then one got knocked off the counter. I then saw him with the rest with his bare hands and scoop up the one he dropped on the floor and put it inside the to go container. Then to add insult to injury I loudly complained about it, and not one person said anything. Then I asked for the manager another cook claimed to be the "manager" said sorry thanks for letting me know. Then I asked another guy who the manager was he pointed to a woman. I asked the woman if she saw what was going on and why wouldn't she correct him, she caught an attitude and said she was busy with something else. Well, that was all I needed to see and hear. I just walked out. I'm disgusted....
I would be very careful about eating there. Not only because of what the cook did, but they didn't seem too surprised or concerned. Soo... obviously this is...
Read moreThe food quality at coastal pizzerias is usually pretty disappointing. They're mostly aimed at tourists, so they don't worry about repeat customers. I tried the chicken stromboli, and it was not great. The dough was thick, bland, and lacked any seasoning. The chicken was dry and tasteless, too. Honestly, I could have just grabbed a frozen pizza from the store, and it would have been better. If you're super hungry, just stick with a plain pizza or skip it altogether! Edit: I arrived around 8:30 PM. on July 24, 2025, where I paid $20 in cash and received $7.31 in change. It appears that a female twenty years old cashier was operating the register; you may verify this through your security cameras. Rather than placing blame, I encourage you to focus on improving the quality of your Stromboli. To clarify, I did not state that the chicken was fried; I mentioned that it was dry and tasteless. If you are interested, I would be happy to recommend several excellent pizza...
