I have no choice to go to this supermarket its over priced and have to carefully check experation dates on items. The Guyanese cashier is the best there. Stay clear of grandma on the register she's rude and slow on top of it. I'd rather wait on a long line than go to her if she was free. Produce people are nice and workers are nice managers are nice and workable not so much the Asian one but all the others are. The Spanish lady at the deli is horrific but after I complained it seemed to change her attitude a bit thanks to management I'm sure. Worst part of this store is there are ppl usually only 3 registers open so you have to wait no matter what... Not that wasn't that bad when the other supermarkets like Pathmark and walbaums was still open but now that they are closed... They should def have more registers if not all registers open at all times especially peak times! I know they have to be getting more business idk why they don't. Also another thing I dislike is that they close early. They would get so much not business if they didn't close so early and would give customers more time. Wish Pathmark was still open! The district manager I met once he came all suited up n went out of his way for customers too bad the rest don't do that. Keyfood is ok but expect to wait on line a while and be prepared for rude cashiers as well. Avoid weekends after school time and around 6pm for super long wait time....
   Read moreSunday morning around 7:30am , There is a black man who work in cashier is very unacceptable behavior. First , i put all my foods on the belt, including a 10 cans of orange Fanta soda box on belt. He scans all other foods ,since i look and check the amount screen ,and take out the wallet for payment. The Fanta box right in front of him on belt and i believe he already scan it. I ask him i will swipe my card. After the transaction completed, i grab my grocery and the Fanta soda box back to shopping cart. Then he said, "oh i did not scan the Fanta box". The Fanta box is actually right next to the scanner bar window, thatwise i believe he already scan it. because the store just open, its not busy at all, so i dont believe he did not see it first time, then when i put the Fanta box back to the Cart then he see it he did not scan?! Hey, dont insult the customer intelligent and make me believe you did not doing it intentionally. Later i realize he only give me the receipt for Second transaction of Fanta box, but the first transsction receipt of other grocery he did not give me. Im mad not because he made a mistake. im mad because he INTENTIONALLY to made a mistake on purpose. What is his problem to play silly game...
   Read moreTonight, for the fourth time I was harassed by the person who seems to be the manager (a short Hispanic man with white hair). This time he didn’t even let me get to the register. He ran towards me at the meat section. His attitude was so rude and he suggested that I should not come to this store anymore. After paying for my groceries, I asked him for the manager’s phone number and he just pointed at the newspaper saying that I can find it there. That didn’t stop there, this person keep harassing me even as I was walking outside the door. I don’t know what he has against Argentinians, but he assumed I was one and I am not. On one past occasion he just put his hands inside my cart and pulled out some receipts when my wife was holding the cart. He has no manners or consideration for people’s feelings. He should not be working there. He told me that he is new in this state and that he comes from Florida and he does not feel safe without a gun. That comment was out of context and made feel very uncomfortable.
